11-2017 - 01-2018 At Cruise, my role consisted of dealing with customers from serving them at the till, to the shop floor where I put my best efforts to help every customer with there enquiries. I was also responsible for keeping the shop floor clean and presentable on a daily basis. At Cruise I learned key customer service skills and how to work in a reasonably fast paced environment.
