Human Resources Assistant
01-2009 - 12-2016 Environment Administrative activities:
- Provide support services and advice on HR administrative functions;
- Administer contracts;
- Act as focal point for regional offices;
- Implement monthly changes to Payroll;
- Maintain database and files;
- Support revision of processes and procedures and contribute in the revision of the Personnel Policy Manual on a yearly basis.
Development services :
- Prepare data analyses;
- Coordinate and support the recruitment process;
- Act as HR representative for recruitments;
- Coordinate and monitor the induction cycle both in HQ and in the regional offices.
Human Resources specific projects:
- Contribute in the development of processes and tools for streamlining processes and procedures;
- Support HR projects activities, monitor deadlines and preparing documents, including statistic reports and presentations for institutional meetings, audits and external reviews;
- Act as HR focal point for intranet content management activities:
- Act as HR representative by participating in institutional teams, task forces and committees.
Special projects and achievements:
- Support the implementation of the new research management structure;
- Support and implemente transition and data migration to new automated systems, including contributes in briefing staff, revising guidelines, mapping processes and procedures in the administrative and development area, streamlining processes.
