02-2016 - 08-2016 Project / Product managementAchievements: Since the beginning, my Manager and Head of Department were impressed with my excellent time-management and organisational skills. In just six months I was able to plan and arrange more than 30 international complex events in Germany, Canada, USA, New Zealand, Australia, Spain, and Portugal, showing great capacity of negotiation with customers and examiners. After the first month in that position, I implemented and applied a new and more efficient system for the Planning stage (using Excel) and a new and more detailed method to keep track of the progress of the events organisation. Moreover, I suggested to correct the Data Protection Policy practice to guarantee sensible data protection to all our customers. Furthermore, I advised to amend our official stationery following (i.e. registration forms) national rules. Due to my knowledge of Gift Aid, I was assigned a project for autonomously designing a procedure to claim Gift Aid from Sponsorship donations, which generated £6,000 of income for the financial year 2014/2015. Supporting the Microfinance team I was the first contact point for private lenders; after a few months, I created some practical guides including pictures and written explanations, in order to help lenders to use their personal accounts and make loans. Besides, I administrated guest lists and fundraisers lists for national and international fundraising events and conferences, and I also managed the external communication with participants.
