• Review of Documents for WPS, PQR, Weld Map, NDE Procedure, Hydrostatic Test, ITP. • Check and review related documents, P & ID’s and isometrics, for Correct revisions and lines numbers. • Review and approve ITP,WPS,WPQ and different quality procedure like hydrotest procedure, pneumatic test procedure,NDT procedures as per standards and code requirement. • Witnessing QC activities of shop floor as well sites and providing support for inspectors of sub-contractors. • Preparing and maintaining various QA/QC documents and final test package. • Attending weekly quality review meeting, preparation and submission of quality reports. • Conducting the pressure test, Pneumatic test, visual test and service test according to procedures • Verifying the pressure gauges, relief valves, high pressure hose and manifold for pressure test. • ensures that all joint are exposed for examination during pressure test. • Confirm repairs ,re-testing and re-inspection in accordance with specifications making a Re- instatement punch list and clearing the punch items. • Coordinating with engineering and concerned department. • Raised (NCR) For non-Conformance Items. • Line checking with test packages, punch clearing, witness and inspection of hydro testing and reinstatement works.
