02-2012 - 01-2014 HR / Training -Led “Diversity Board” agenda across Unilever Mashreq and several “Employee Engagement” activities.
-Effectively partnered “support functions” by managing day-to-day HR related activities for 170 employees, designed “360” Capability Building planning ,organized frequent “learning Days” for Finance team, covering key Financial and Business topics, negotiated International Transfers cost resulting in cost savings to the company and delivered a restructuring plan in support functions targeting 5% reduction in people cost.
-Supported “Employer Branding” Agenda by representing the company in Career Fairs, Assessment Centers, Summer Internship Program and Idea Trophy students competition (Unilever Mashreq achieved Employer of Choice Number 1 in 2012)
-Worked on Knowledge Management Website for HR across NAME.
- Improved Mashreq performance culture by championing design and implementation of “Global People Survey” action plans in support functions, Initiated GPS lead “Finance President ”achieving gap closure targets and coached Directors & Line Managers on writing quality Personal Development Plans
