Management & Administration
•	State Administrator of Family Violence Prevention Funds
•	Rape Prevention Education Funds Director
•	Manage and administer sexual violence prevention and domestic violence programs all over the state
•	Strategic planning with stakeholders in the state
•	State evaluator for solicitation responses 
•	State Liaison with the Centers of Disease Control (CDC)
Supervision
•	Audit invoices, program implementation and related expenditures
•	Analyze performance measures and outcomes 
•	Collate data and statistics for evaluation 
•	Monitor funded non-profits for state compliance
•	Schedule Site Visits 
•	Work closely with coalitions, non-profits and community based organizations in data collection  and support
•	Close Purchase Orders as necessary 
Communications and Technology
•	Coordinate meetings with contractors routinely
•	Take minutes, interpret and distribute
•	Create spreadsheets, worksheets and calculations of over $2 million dollars
•	Provide technical assistance to contractors regarding federal and state policies
•	Discuss and review provisions of grant applications
•	Write reports quarterly and annually 
•	Follow-up with contractors regarding required materials and documents
Accomplishments
•	Awarded several community based organizations five year contracts in the state over $2 million dollars
•	Created a supportive Rural Safe Home Network for domestic violence contractors
•	Evaluated over 31 grant applications in a collaborative consensus with stakeholders
•	Ensure victim funding for underserved, inadequately served and cultural specific agencies in the state
