To effectively control total incoming and outgoing goods of the entire company and maintain required documents.
To ensure that the containers are loaded as per monthly Plan / Targets with 100% accuracy in loading and recording.
Ensure all containers are loaded on time & that the company need not pay any extra charges for any import/export shipment.
Daily reconciliation of FG transfer Vs Actual receipt and loading the inventory in SAP accurately.
Provide non-moving, slow -moving stocks to Management on Monthly basis to take appropriate action.
Maintain Inventory for all parts
Check points of all incoming parts with quality ,PPAP , Supplier quality, Tested with respect to test certification as provided
Ensure all raw material, Ink, Pallets & FG are stored safely and securely at all times without loss of spillage or pilferage.
Check and receive all FG,Raw materials, WIP Parts.
To improvise the loading tonnage & try to maximize the same.
To try & reduce the mix loading by proper planning.
Ensure physical stocks are taken on a weekly basis for raw material
Handle Outbound Logistics, Hub Operations, Line hauling, Route mapping for delivery, dispatch plan for shipment, stock check, stock entry, manage transportation, vendor management, Team Handling
Purchase – Collect the indent ,Compare quotation, Negotiate Order process ,follow up with suppliers required materials negotiate
Maintain inventory all parts
Maintain FIFO,JIT,LIFO,ABC Analysis,Stock check
Order process – Regular, Express, and VOR order.
Dispatch of parts to all respective branch and parts coordinator for all plants
Review and ensuring C Forms and Road permits availability
Responsible for recruitment of all new staff
Assist in administrative duties and maintain all document records
Safety project related to Goods receipt and dispatch area with all zonal operation with an safe transaction
