02-2014 - NowDesign / Civil engineering / Industrial engineering •Assist in the development of plans to achieve financial goals and communicate to the warehouse Team.
•Receive and efficiently process orders from the sales department and Suppliers.
•Participate in ordering appropriate merchandise and tailor to the specific market needs.
•Respond accordingly and professionally to all customer inquiries or complaints.
•Assist in driving sales through promotional offerings, reaching sales targets and increasing profits.
•Monitor the level of customer service satisfaction within the warehouse and take action as required.
•Maintain the warehouse asset register and ensure available assets are in good condition.
•Support the undertake of periodic warehouse stock audit.
•Provide warehouse personnel with the necessary products and sales training.
•Develop and implement an effective filing system for all warehouse operations related documents
