Service Technician for Medical and Laboratory Equipment
10-2008 - 03-2016 Personal services - provide a multi-skilled maintenance service, which covers both mechanical and electrical disciplines
- carry out modifications and installations when required
- submit documentation of service activities and expenses
- technical check and new laboratory set up
- provides support to users where the product is highly technical or sophisticated in nature.
- assuring proper work of medical devices for daily usage
- responsible for co-ordination of issues with third party suppliers of equipment
- improve operating procedures and processes
- generate calibration report for every system, Imaging systems, laser bore-sight calibration
- performing service and maintenance in Quality and Regulatory Assurance environments
- work under own initiative ensuring that laboratory work continues to flow at all times
- maintain service spare parts inventory
- experience with environmental and safety requirements
