-Tailoring and promotion of client-appropriate financing solutions and personalised loans and drawing up credit files.
-Client consultation in order to obtain and collate the necessary documentation and verification of the eligibility of the clients, including use of the bank’s IT systems.
-Implementation of credit simulations and credit-file preparation, to present the benefits of numerous financial products including insurance.
-Checking the verifications according to the appropriate procedures, in order to make the financing decision or rejection of client contracts.
-Ongoing updating of databases and maintaining customer records through review of relevant account information.
-Preparing “front-facing” money after receiving monthly installments and deposits to the bank via the G4S service.
-Client facing role in account management, involving the collection of monthly instalments from customers and delivering client receipts.
-Handling and solving customer complaints and queries, as well as occasional support for the call centre team in crisis situations.
