Field Project
06-2017 - 10-2017 Social and cultural activities In the MAFED program, I did my field project with Drumohr where the goal was to turn their core products into icons. The project included analyzing the current brand identity and product offering, benchmarking with competitors, understanding key customers and providing strategic guidelines regarding product, distribution and communication (digital/e-commerce included). Lastly, in order to grow the brand and propose a lifestyle approach, we also elaborated brand extension and collaboration strategies. This project gave me some industry insights and strengthened my analytical and teamwork skills.
