01-2013 - 12-2014 IT development☛ 2013: I join Swisscom to take responsibility for their second largest account in EAME. I establish the account guidelines, supervise all service activity and support the sales team during presentations, exhibitions and negotiations to sign 25 new properties. ☛ 2014: After one year I am promoted to create and lead the new division of dedicated Service Managers, with the objective to increase loyalty and retention of our largest clients. I define the account guidelines, manage the relationships with head offices and with my team placed throughout Europe, we supervise all sales and operational activities throughout EAME.
