09-2017 - 11-2018 Journalism / PR Content Director of Hits Radio – through 2017 and into 2018 I worked designing and developing the concept for a new national Digital Radio station that was to become Hits Radio. I sourced talent negotiated with agents and built Hits Radio national brand from the in-depth research we carried out across the UK. It launched nationwide in June and was described by Bauer and the best launch of a station they’d ever done. It delivered over 800,000 listeners in its first RAJAR.
