End User Services Business Analyst
12-2017 - 09-2018 IT development Working with external IT Providers to deliver enablement services for the digital transformation programme and rollout of the new desktop solution throughout NATS.
Key Duties:
• Collaborating with third party suppliers to analyse technical requirements, scalability, dependencies and risks.
• Making progress through follow-up supplier management and ensuring that services are delivered in a manner that preservers SLAs and improves overall customer satisfaction.
• Identifying potential system updates and making recommendations to improve customer experience.
• Evaluating and prioritizing business changes and maintenance needs of several key applications by considering functional, technology and cost requirements.
• Managing the application lifecycle utilising automated enterprise software delivery solutions like SCCM, MSI, App-V, XenApp and CloudHouse. Use of other tools/agents like AppSense EM/AM, Active Directory, Migration Studio & AppTracker, BMC Remedy on Demand for Service Management.
• Maintaining the Application Portfolio, used as the foundation for application services in the transformation programme.
• Producing ad-hoc assigned analysis to a high level of accuracy and within designated timeframes.
• Gathering requirements and creating Business Requirements Documents (BRD).
