Since the beginning of my professional experience in JGC until nowadays and with the help of my professional training as an industrial engineer I have acquired knowledge in all phases of the industrial process. With the ambition to increase my knowledge , taking on new challenges and responsibilities , I want to grow as a professional, so I'm an active job search ready to change my residence. During this experience, I was working in a different department of the same company where I had my first job, Processes Department. In which, I was managing and controlling of juice pasteurization processes, changing the parameters of processes as required by the needs. Additionally, other function was check and verification of all aseptic maneuvers in field installation which are carried out in the control room. As well as, planning of productions and organization of material resources. Until finally, I finished implementing and enforcing food safety standards ISO 22000, IFS and BRC and V.A.P (Value Analysis Process). In order to optimize and improve in terms of cost, time and timing, eliminating delays, rework and unnecessary movements.

During this months I was doing different task and functions as managing technical and human resources, decision-making or checking and control of follow-up reports, in the department of continuous improvement. Firstly, I started reporting daily production and KPIS established by the company, analyzing the critical point in production line and seeking practical solutions based on simplicity and efficiency (analysis cause - effect). Secondly, I joined in improvement teams established in the company and I had direct dialog with industrial and maintenance department focused on improvement implementation measures for production line and develop preventive maintenance plan together with the department head. Finally, I put into practise a standardization of operations and a production processes. Also, I was doing technical report for the expansion of new facilities in the factory about energy efficiency and electrical installation.

Before I turn 30

I´m Carlos Suarez a person who is responsible and committed with my decisions. Focused on converting into a leader engineer as CEO, manager, or technician of department of a big company, based on accepting responsibility new challenges in each project. By means of empathy, motivation, active listening and a proactive attitude. In order to do this, I consider myself that I have an open mind and I must know different cultures and speak at least foreign language.
