Drei/Three as a telecommunication company runs the several projects among several countries like Austria, UK, Ireland in order to meet the demand of business requirements in terms of supply chain and finance. Since the business complexity increases because of the necessities, customer satisfaction, regulations, the number of stores and product range, Enterprise Resource Planning becomes paramount concerning point.
As a business analyst, I work on manual testing through the supply chain via HP Application Lifecycle Management software (business use cases of project demands) to standardize and document all processes of each country. My duty is based on a project which is valid only on the project timeline.
