Building the HR operational model for admin and payroll activities, in a very unstructured environment, with limited technical and human resources and transforming a very difficult project in a success story;
Re-designing all HR processes and procedures together with and based on implementation of a new HR admin tool (Success Factor) during 3 months;
Building an exceptional team very engaged and willing to learn continuously, to improve its performance for which I received an outstanding feedback from the stake holders and the clients;
Designing and implementing specific SLAs and KPIs matrix for monitoring the performance in a very detailed way, to offer more visibility and transparency on the HR activities.
Key responsibilities:
Contributes to setting the functional strategy for Hire to Retire function;
Support for global and regional projects ensuring a smooth transition of HR activities to the Global Business Services Center;
Coordinate HR processes mapping and setting of SOX key controls for specific admin and payroll activities;
Provide guidance on process specifics and analyzes data to find and correct any discrepancies, driving continuous improvement framework implementation;
Coordinate with line managers the analyses of activities and FTEs budgets;
Provide guidance in handling complex cross-functional problems and work with other functional areas in resolving escalated complaints or dispute;
Develop KPIs and other reporting and monitoring HR tools as needed; covers performance reporting including benchmarking against industry;
Set performance objectives, monitor for achievement, offer continuously support & development opportunities, tailored to business needs, to their capabilities and career interests.
