10-2017 - 04-2018 Sales Working at Barclays, in a professional office environment to analyse customers PPI complaints and making a decision of whether the customer was owed a refund provided me with many valuable abilities which will be beneficial in the future. The majority of the work was carried out on the computer, this gave me valuable experience on many different systems including Microsoft programs. Meeting targets set by our team leaders was an important factor in this job and one in which I believe I excelled in as I work well under time constraints and pressure. Another important aspect of this role was ensuring we had the customers best interests at heart whilst working on their case to improve their damaged relationship with the company following the PPI scandal.
