61years • Glasgow
Summary
I have 17 years experience working for the Civil Service, within the Department for National Savings, Durham. An unusual arm of the Civil Service that was very much customer focused, as we were investing the customers finances, although we seldom had face to face dealings with the customer. I undertook various tasks from the basic filing of certificates of investment to dealing with professional bodies, from data input to researching and writing reports.

Lennoxtown SpiritWe started as a group to stop our council from closing our village primary school, we won. We have since then stopped a housing development on an area of greenbelt in the village and have helped to have the land made into a public woodland area. We have a facebook page where we give out news and information, announce fundraising and advertise events for local children.
