06-2016 - 09-2017 Design / Civil engineering / Industrial engineering •Support HR processes as recruitment,
•Responsible for the selection and recruitment process of highly tailored employees according to the company’s strategy/culture,
• Prepare to HR reports and compiles reports from database (SAP) ,(QLICKVIEW)
• Update and / or revise job descriptions and organization chart
• Publish job advertisements in Social media and career websites
• Prepare orientation program for the incoming or transfer employees
• Carry on daily HR System activities and contact with Universities , young communities etc..
• Mentoring to new team members in department of Human Resources
• Organization and following Human Resources and Employment Fairs
• Respond to various inquiries related to HR processes
• To manage various human resources plans and procedures for all company employees
