12-2014 - 10-2017 Personal servicesI have the honour to work with United Safety International limited, Abu Dhabi as ERT member/Safety Office at different Plants, Oil refineries in UAE SCBA and Red Zone competent at AL HOSN Gas. Worked in different units of Red Zone (Under Air), Yellow Zone and Green Zone in warranty shutdown 2016. Familiar with AL-HOSN Gas plant and most of the confined space Rescue and emergency plans. Under the direction of the United Safety Limited (USL) General Foreman, assist in preparing AL-HOSN Gas Plant’s confined space Rescue Plan planning and preparedness, organizing and controlling required activities with on-site client representatives for plant, construction. Including: identifying and implementing client & company site specific requirements; obtains consensus for the planning and implementing of contingencies, rescue and required daily work activities; coordinates and accounts for the deployment of company personnel and equipment; inspections & tests plans, equipment & systems ongoing to ensure operational readiness. Joint ERT exercises with AL-HOSN Gas, ERT staff in yellow zone. Sharing and gaining knowledge and expertise. Under the direction of the USL General Foreman, ensures installation and dismantling (deploying) various safety equipment. This includes: loading and transporting equipment to the worksite; strategically placing required equipment including: air trailers, lines, manifolds, breathing apparatus, gas detection systems, barriers, signs and QA/QC trailer. Operates and ensures function, operational readiness of various equipment and testing systems to ensure response quality. Including: breathing apparatus air trailers, electronic and tube type gas detectors & systems, rescue devices, cellular and two-way radio systems, two and four wheel drive pick-up trucks and their accessories, various small hand tools. Under the direction of the USL General Foreman, assists in ensuring company equipment is inspected and tested a minimum of twice per shift. Including: following maintenance standards, evaluating equipment condition, keeping accurate documentation, function testing equipment, performing disassembly, reassembly, cleaning, disinfecting in accordance with company procedure (QA/QC personnel). Conduct job observations – Critically examine all aspects of work being performed (behaviours). Using job observation tools, observe Safety Watch performing specific tasks. Risk & hazard identification – Identify type and level of at risk activities. Performance of scheduled bump test of personal as well as Multi-gas clip (Monitors). Having good experience of Breathing Apparatus use and refilling of cascade, SCBA (30 min, 15 min & 05 min) EEBA, ELSA etc. And also good expertise in performing POSI test (Regulator, Transducer & facemask etc), Air Quality Test and Hydro testing. Worked as Lead ERTs crew to perform the work in timely and safely manner. Examine all aspects of work being performed. Using job observation tools, observe Safety Watch performing specific tasks. Identify type and level of risk activities, identification, reporting and controlling site specific hazards as a pro-active measure using Hazard Management Tools. Provision of expertise to the staff to enable them to comply with standards and procedures, manage known risks and identify & mitigate risks. Operate and ensures function, operational readiness of various equipment and testing system to ensure response quality.
