Worldwide Marketing Analyst Department Business Line TLD Michelin
07-2018 - NowMarketing One-year internship that's going until the end of August 2019, with the marketing team of Michelin's "Long Distance Transport" business line. Multicultural experience thanks to the collaboration with collaborators based in Michelin's regions.
My missions:
- Deployment of the Net Promoter Score in the 10 Michelin's regions for "Truck Fleets" customers, but also for other market types.
- Optimization of the NPS survey deployment (CRM, methods...).
- Central analysis of insights collected through the NPS (data magification to make them intelligible = "Customers Insights"). Approach of the topics modelling frame to explore large quantity of insights made of customers commentaries.
- Integration of a sales/market performance through dashboard monitoring on a worldwide perimeter to optimize the decision making of the business line.
