• Jointly maintaining (with product team members) an Open Source product roadmap that defines what will remain proprietary and what should be contributed to the Open Source projects (and when);
• Governing the outbound process for managing SAP's Open Source contributions to ensure that licensing obligations, as well as delivery and security, quality guidelines are met.
