Order Administration Specialist
08-2016 - NowLogistics ─ Ensuring all reports and daily activities are addressed within specified SLAs;

Achievements:
- Strong improvement in data analysis and research skills as a result of our daily investigations surrounding crossing customer’s datas with the goal of preventing fraudulent conducts;
- Improved my flexibility and capacity to deal with customers, carriers and partners from different countries having being employed in a multilingual position with the main task to cover, apart of the English and Irish market, the Spanish and the Italian ones with their own standards and patterns;
- Reached an high level of expertise by using the tools needed to perform my daily job: Mac system, SAP, Microsoft Office;
