11-2011 - 04-2016 IT development Acted as the team project manager & resolution expert for the Derivatives Accounting Reporting (DAR) application. Managed the Application dedicated Engineering team and directed the turnover of both strategic and tactical initiatives into production. The DAR application was a complex system which interfaced with 8 upstream and 7 downstream applications globally.
• Responsible for directing work effort of assigned on shore and off shore staff and all project human resources.
• Managed all related IT Projects throughout all stages of the development lifecycle methodology (SDLC) or Agile.
• Key decision maker in the hiring or dismissing of DAR staff and responsible for interviewing, onboarding, mentoring and coaching of new hires for full team integration.
• Coordinated and reported on project progress and accomplishments to senior management and key stakeholders as well as responsible for providing effort and cost estimates for upcoming yearly planning & budget.
• Responsible for all aspects of Relationship Management, Project Management, and Application Development across geographical and multicultural lines of business.
• Managed & prioritized simultaneous large, medium and small initiatives to successful execution within timelines, budget and per the agreed to specifications.
