Aliz Meszaros

Assistant Shift Leader

40 ans • Worthing

I'm thorough, analytical, investigative, independent and endlessly curious. I like to understand systems and processes, and find the most efficient ways to organise and run them by analysing both figures and trends as well as the human relations involved in those processes. I love to work with proactive and enthusiastic people who believe in what they're doing and find it difficult to tolerate inefficiency, chaos and people who don't care about their jobs. I'm always open to new experiences and happy to consider any job opportunities across sectors that meet my skills and interests.
