05-2016 - 08-2018 Design / Civil engineering / Industrial engineeringI supervise production of a Solar Thermic Power Plant During this project I had like main tasks: -to check the suppliers materials, size, qality and technical documentation delivery schedule if is in accordance with the construction schedule and contractual commitmens; -to read technical drawings and give instructions to piping foremans and pipefitters; -to check if the work performed by the subcontractor is in accordance with design documents; -to check the equipment and manpower employed; -to planning the montly, weekly and daily activities in accordance with work schedule progress; -to check the pieces position in the plant according with the location on the drawings indications; -to supervising the hydrotest and commissioning I mention that during this period I worked with tubes diameters between 10mm-38mm and pipes diameters between 3/8inch-20inch and wall tickness between 2mm-25mm and materials as carbon steel, stainless steel, cooper, PVC, Plastic. For this project we used butt joints, socket joints and threaded joints. -to communicate with customers and construction Company; I keep a good working relationship between Subcontractors , employers and management of site. I coordinate, lead and maintain a 100 empoyees High-Purity and Turbina departament. I fill in and send supply demands for equipments and spare parts. I draw up and send daily/weekly/monthly/annual production sheets. I keep a good working relationship between employers and clients.
