• Making sure the quality standards are met
• Administering the cash flow to ensure that the net project cash flow is achieved as the defined expectations
• Monitoring and making sure the required Safety, Health & Environmental standards are achieved
• Regular and timely reporting of project progress to sponsors
• Representing the organization’s interests
• Providing direction and support to project team
• Monitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintained
• Overseeing the accounting, costing and billing
• Coordinate proposal content acquisition from internal resources
• Edit proposal materials to eliminate inconsistencies in format or voice, typos, and grammatical and spelling mistakes
• Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs); attending strategy meetings
• Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposals
• Develops proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/deliverable, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.
• Assist with other corporate writing and communications as needed
