A Treater Operator is responsible for maintaining the required production rate of the prepreg treater used to produce woven prepreg. The Treater Operator is also responsible for the quality of and safe handling of the materials.

· Set up prepreg treater oven properly and safely to run products specified on the work order.
· Monitor the operation of the prepreg treater to assure quality standards are maintained.
· Maintain traceability of products with proper documentation on the work order.
· Make machine adjustments required to keep material within specified parameters.
· Properly store finished materials for transport to the next assembly.
· Must have 2+ years of steady employment.
· Must have a sincere desire to work and be able to work independently to complete tasks in a timely manner.
· Must be highly motivated and be able to work independently or as a team member to complete tasks in a timely manner.
· Must have a solid understanding of materials specifications for finished products.
· Must be able to operate a forklift and become a certified operator.
· Must be able to push/pull/lift 50+ pounds.
· Must have good basic math skills.
· Must have legible handwriting/printing.
· Must be willing to work overtime as needed
· Ability to read, write, and communicate in English is required.
· Must have reliable transportation.

Safran Cabin Materials requires a criminal background check and drug screen to be completed and passed for all positions. This position is an ITAR governed position: Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident to qualify.
