Job description

Rattaché (e) au responsable des relations sociales du périmètre Aerosystems ( 3500 collaborateurs répartis sur 6 sociétés), vous serez chargé(e) des missions suivantes :

·  - Gestion de la déclinaison de l'accord Handicap du Groupe Safran sur les 6 sociétés
·  - Conseil et support aux opérationnels RH en matière de législation du travail
·  - Veille juridique avec parution de newsletters à destination des DRH et RRH
·  - Interface pour centralisation de demandes du Groupe
·  - Préparation de points à l'ordre du jour du CSEC.

Job requirements

De formation Bac+4/Bac+5 cursus juridique avec une spécialisation en droit social, vous recherchez un stage d'une durée de 6 mois.
Vous êtes à l'aise avec les outils informatique.
La rigueur, l'organisation, le sens de l'initiative et l'autonomie sont autant de qualité que l'on vous attribue.
Vous êtes reconnu(e) pour votre aisance en communication écrite et oral et votre approche pragmatique des problématiques terrain.
