Job Summary:

The Staff Program Manager is responsible for delivery and performance of Zii Products and Services as well as the overall customer relationship. The responsibility of a Program Manager starts at Program inception and can continue through delivery and field performance. This role ensures adherence to master plans and schedules, develops solutions to program problems, and directs work of incumbents assigned to the program from various departments. Program Manager will be expected to interface with other departments to prepare cost justifications, recommend priorities, generate schedules and develop solutions to customer issues. This individual ensures completion of detailed schedules and action item lists for projects from initiation to delivery and keeps management informed of any deviations. This individual monitors status of projects including: cost, timing, and staffing; and requires familiarization with project monitoring and reporting systems. Responsibilities also may include aiding in the negotiation of contracts and contractual changes and coordinating preparations of proposals, plans, specifications, and financial conditions of contracts. This position relies on previous experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Daily management of team execution
· Daily management of customer (development, delivery & ongoing support)
· Daily management of the program schedule including any necessary modifications to the team and execution strategies
· Creation and maintenance of the program planning worksheets
· Daily management of the program suppliers
· Proposal creation and development as necessary
· Represent the company during onsite/offsite customer meetings and advise Management accordingly

Preferred Qualifications and/or Education:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Business related discipline
· 6+ years of field or functionally related experience
· 3+ years of experience in a lea
· Prior Program Management experience
· Experience in a lead or supervisory role
· Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular relevant field

Soft Skills:

· Strong written and verbal English communication skills
· Must be able to lead teams
· Must have customer relationship skills
· Must be proactive, organized, and detail oriented
· Ability to resolve problems in a positive manner
· Ability to accomplish multiple tasks
· Ability to work independently, with minimal direction
· Ability to use discretion and independent judgment when making decisions on behalf of the company
