Provide principal administrative support in the respective department. Maintain a close, highly responsive relationship to the day to day activities of the supervisor and the staff. Work fairly independently receiving minimum of detailed supervision or guidance. Perform varied clerical and secretarial duties requiring a knowledge of office routine and understanding of the organization, programs, and procedures related to the work of the department.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Duties and responsibilities may be added, deleted or changed at any time at the discretion of management, formally or informally, either verbally or in writing.

· Update Inspection Instruction Sheets and Transfer data from Functional Test Reports/ATRs
· Full time librarian for AVOX OPERATING SYSTEM (AOS)
· Process Corrective Action Reports for suppliers
· Backup Process Central Administrator
· Backup switchboard coverage for switchboard operator (lunch time) plus appointments/meetings when needed.
· Interface with various staff/departments regarding surveys, CARs, travel, etc.
· Responsible for issuing, tracking, ordering all Quality Stamps
· Process Customer Surveys
· Compile monthly data for Customer Scorecards from Supplier Portals and Top Assembly Shipped Report
· Travel Coordinator for AVOX Systems including maintaining/training/reports/book travel
· Process payroll time sheets and track attendance and vacation time for QA Department
· Order and maintain office supplies for quality department.
· Special projects – as requested/required
· Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Education

Required – Associates Degree in Business or 2 years equivalent work experience

Preferred – 5 years equivalent work experience

Experience

Required - 3 years office in technical business environment
