Product Support Administrator (Cabin/Santa Maria)

Under the general supervision of the Product Support Manager, the Product Support Administrator will provide excellent customer service to our clients by acting as the liaison between all of the departments that impact the accurate and timely support of the customer. The main function of this role is to support all customers in regards to spare part sales.

Summary of Duties:

· Respond to customer phone calls/emails within specified service level agreements
· Partner with various departments (i.e. planning, purchasing, engineering, production, stockroom) to best serve the customer
· Ability to research, interpret, and respond to part number inquiries within the Components Maintenance Manual (CMM)
· Provide customers with quotes
· Enter customer orders into Royal IV system
· Maintain backlog reports
· Create invoices within specified time frames.
· Wear proper Personal Protective Equipment at all times.
· Special projects as assigned by supervisor

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or GED; AA preferred

Experience: 2-4 years in customer service related field

Computer Skills: Proficient with Windows Operating System®, Office XP®, Lotus Notes, Royal IV

Other skills: Ability to read basic drawings preferred
