The principle purpose of this position is to ensure that the operators who manufacture and assemble AVOX products have the ability, aptitude, and knowledge needed to perform their assigned job duties and to identify errors and are aware of the avenues provided to help rectify those errors. Also, investigate product and process anomalies and preclude recurrence through closed loop correction action. The desired outcome is to have operators capable of identifying and recommending improvements to their assign jobs.

Job Responsibilities:

· Perform operator certification audits as required.
· -Maintain M_0154_QA and P_0063_QA
· Review operation sheets to ensure they reflect requirements stated on engineering drawings
· Write audit reports and present them to the management team
· Coordinate and assure effectiveness of corrective actions
· Recommend procedural changes, as required, to maintain integrity of Quality Systems
· When required, provide training on new/revised procedures
· Support customer corrective actions/investivations and respond as necessary (via report o customer portal)

Qualifications:

· Strong written and verbal skills including thorough knowledge of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Strong print reading and inspection skills

Education:

· Required: Associates Degree - Quality/Mechanical related
· Preferred: Bachelor's Degree - Technical discipline

Experience:

· Required: 2-3 years Industrial experience in a Quality related discipline
· Preferred: 3-5 years Industrial experience in a Quality discipline
