Part of the Sales & Marketing team, this position has the responsibility to secure and increase sales within a portfolio of customers in addition of performing marketing analysis/intelligence link to activities he/she is in charge of. Her/his role is also to ensure alignment between the objectives and strategy of the Safran Seats Services and Safran Seats business unit in collaboration with all Safran team front and back office.

Job description:

You will be in charge of proactively secure and expand sales by:

· Mapping your customer expectation (short and long term).
· Securing relationship with customers after performing market analysis showing the potential of each customer
· Promoting services, spares and repairs offereable by Safran Seats Services
· Visiting customers periodically
· Collaborating with other Safran teams
· Doing proposal in accordance with Safran Seats Services processes
· Negotiating proposal within validated range of scope
· Following and tracking budget and orders

You will be in charge of developing Safran Seat Services market intelligence by:

· Analyzing worldwide market potential and penetration at a detailed level on specific subject in accordance with Safran Seats Services management
· Identifying and anticipating market trends and threats that could have an impact on sales (both short term and long term)
· Developing maintaining dedicated processes and tools to monitor the market, competition and customers
· Contributing to the development and implementation of new aftermarket products and/or offer, participating in building the related business case and marketing plan

Qualifications:

Master’s Degree (Business School/University/Engineering School) with at least 3 year professional experience in a similar position and in technical/industrial environment.

Fluent in English. An international experience preferred.

Proficient in the use of usual IT tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).

Familiar with marketing process and tools.
