Zego wants to change the way consumers think about and interact with insurance, and get it up to speed with the way that we live our lives. We believe that you should only be insured for the work that you want to do, when you want to do it. With an increase in flexible workers, we believe this is the way insurance has to move- mobile, interactive and ondemand. We are driving to disrupt this sector with cutting edge technology.

Desired profile

• A friendly and professional manner
• Customer Service Experience on the phone and online
• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
• High attention to detail and problem solving skills
• Happy to work to a shift pattern between the hours of Mon-Fri 9am-7pm & Sat-Sun 10am-6pm (40 hours per week)
