The opportunity

Become a part of Zalando’s mission to build one of the world’s top tech brands by joining our Onsite Management team as a working student. We are an international team covering all 15 markets where Zalando is active in. You will support our team to improve Zalando international websites and apps across all devices.

What we are looking for

·  You are currently an enrolled student majoring in technology, marketing, business...
·  Fluency in written and spoken English; German is a plus
·  Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); especially Excel (VBA beneficial)
·  First experiences with Google Analytics are a plus
·  Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS
·  Excellent communication skills with a results-oriented approach to what you do
·  You like teamwork but also work well independently
·  You are available approx. 20 hours per week in Berlin 

Your responsibilities

·  Support the local country teams on daily activities (reports, presentations, communication)
·  Support with the creation of Deep Dives, sent to Regional Management
·  Optimize daily tools used in the department to increase efficiency and data reliability
·  Work with CRO and CMS tools
·  Support with learnings documentation (Confluence Wiki)
