About the team
You’ll join a dedicated team of driven startup-ers at a really exciting time. We are now focussing on growing Yolt, developing and maintaining an awesome relationship with our community of users so that we can continue to improving our app based upon user feedback.
About the position
We’re looking for an intern who will get stuck in helping us with our community. You’ll be positive, engaging and eager to learn!
What the job entails
Help our team deal with community queries
Assist with Social Media
Get involved in event planning and running
Be able to conduct analysis of feedback and feed this into our product team
Manage conversations with customers and help them find solutions
The following experience will be significantly beneficial…
Educated to degree level
Excellent understanding of mobile technology and Fintech
Excellent communicator with superb written and spoken English
Previous experience with client/customer interaction
Great attention to detail / Analytical / Customer focused / Keen networker / Strong communication skills / Pro-active / Team player
