JOB DESCRIPTION

In this role you will be responsible for operations support needs of stakeholders including (but not limited to): Willis Towers Watson Middle Market & Specialties Broking Leadership team.

The Role

The Middle Market Broking & Panels Operations Associate serves to manage projects supporting the development, execution, and monitoring of the Middle Market Strategy. This includes prospective Panel opportunities, launch of newly developed analytics, and overall maintenance of on-going and emerging MM & Specialty Broking initiatives. Support will include heavy interaction and collaboration with MM and Specialty Broking Leaders to maintain consistent output and delivery of initiative Priorities. This associate will be involved in coordinating and tracking information across initiatives and helping synthesize into concise reports/presentations for varying leadership audiences (i.e. corporate, broking, carriers), tying back to the overall Middle Market Strategy.

Operational Support:

This role will support action and maintenance of all prioritization items for Middle Market, Specialty & Panels, including the following:

Middle Market Broking

·  Red Zone follow-up coordination
·  E-mod & Cyber Quant dashboard / uptake reporting
·  Carrier Reporting – Data and feedback collection 
·  Broad group communications of on-going strategies, including MM Analytics and MM Panel 
·  Regional Meeting organization & coordination
·  Develop/coordinate slide decks and/or marketing materials, based on content provided 
·  Drive data needs & coordination of book rolls, and sweeps in/out of Select Centers 
·  Cadence and release of thought leadership, based on content provided
·  Maintain and report on Specialties’ “activity” dashboard 
·  Staffing Models
·  Build out & maintain Middle Market & Specialty Broking Share Point Site
·  Participate in local WTW office outreach to deliver Panel and other aggregation products and collect user feedback
·  Support activities related to integration into associate and carrier workflows
·  SOP planning and downstream impact analysis
·  Troubleshooting of any disruptions
·  Support RFP process for new Panel and Middle Market broking product opportunities
·  Support day to day operational needs as specified by Middle Market Broking & Panels Leadership Team
·  Serve as liaison to Carrier Management to maintain alignment of corporate strategies with carrier partners

The Requirements

·  Commercial Insurance operations understanding/experience required; Brokerage experience is preferred 
·  Minimum three years of relevant Project Management experience Strong written communication & presentation skills required 
·  Software and hardware technology and systems expertise, including high-proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
·  Aptitude to assess, suggest, and apply operational improvement effectively
·  Bachelor’s degree required
