JOB DESCRIPTION

The Role

The Contracts Support Technician will be responsible for providing general administrative and operational support to team members, in order to enable team members to work free from operational and/or administrative duties.
The successful candidate will be principal point of contact for account managers with regard to renewal certification within the Aviation division. 

·  Understand the services provided by the team
·  Working with the team to develop and manage pipeline
·  Having primary responsibility for the automated renewal of certificates of insurance 
·  Working with members of the team to help facilitate the processing of invoices in our off-shore locations
·  Regularly contact clients to build relationships
·  Oversee timely payment of invoices and maintain high levels of service
·  Making arrangements for meetings including producing any required material
·  Arranging travel

The Requirements

·  IT literacy: Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, macros, Outlook
·  Has experience in renewing aviation insurance certification
·  Basic understanding of aviation insurance and how the coverages operate and fit together
·  Able to work on own initiative with good organisational skills
·  Enthusiastic, passionate and committed to business excellence
·  Ability to offer an accurate, prompt and professional service
·  Capable of organising and prioritising workloads
·  High level of attention to detail
·  Ability to communicate effectively both internally and externally at all levels
·  Has experience in supporting client service
