JOB DESCRIPTION

Overview

The role we are looking to fill is within the AMX Risk team, reporting to the AMX Head of Risk. You will work closely with the head, and others in the AMX team, and be focused on automating / enhancing investment risk oversight capabilities.

The role

Initial duties will include:
• Developing, coding and automation of tasks relating to risk management, analysis and reporting.
The role will then evolve into that of a risk analyst:
• Monitoring of exposures and risks, with further investigation and communication as required.
• Building relationships with key points of contact, internally and externally.
• Supporting various reporting requirements.
• Ad hoc projects and quantitative analysis.

Requirements
• Good programming abilities in VBA and Python.
• Mathematical direction / interest evident.
• Genuine interest in investment risk management as a career direction.
• Good communication skills.
