The Business


Our Health and Benefits business helps large and mid-size clients control soaring health and welfare plan costs, improve health outcomes and promote employee engagement through broad-based, state-of-the-art interventions. We provide solutions encompassing creative plan design, vendor evaluation and management, pricing and funding strategies, data analytics, valuation support, legal compliance and governance strategies. We also provide Specialty consulting services including clinical/health management program design, pharmacy solutions, disability/absence management strategies and claims audit services. Product based solutions such as our pharmacy purchasing coalition round out our broad-based suite of offerings.

The Role


The Role:
Principal Duties/Responsibilities
Team Procurement – Macro objectives:
• Management of agreements with suppliers. The main activities concern: Taking contacts with suppliers, planning commercial agreements and defining administrative flows and revising contracts.
• Editing. The main activities concern: Advice to suppliers and support to define services and products for Clients, creating products for the Flexible Benefits portals and updating price lists and preparing of Newsletters for Clients.
• Back Office. The main activities concern: Setting test portals, prepare reports and mapping suppliers.
Team Procurement in coordinated with Flexible Benefits Account, responding to the requests of each Client and supports Consultants on Prospect Clients.

The Requirements

·  2-3 years’ experience in role Account
·  Knowledge of Welfare/Flexible Benefits plans
·  Skilled at building effective relationships, at all levels, with clients, prospects, associates, insurers and external specialists
·  Strong communication, negotiation and influencing skills
·  Good organizational skills in terms of managing workload, planning and organization
·  Teamwork
·  Fluent in English spoken and written (professional use)
·  Familiar with Office Package
