6/12 months’ internship
Start date: January 2019
Location: London (Victoria)

You will...
•Ensure that customers’ orders are processed in a highly professional manner
•Generate sales invoices and credit notes
•Maximise stock holding in quantities and value
•Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation costs
•Meet cost, productivity and timeliness targets
•Optimise Just in Time deliveries
•Resolve any arising problems or complaints with clients
•Provide high quality customer service
•Purchase stock from wineries
•Report on several KPIs about Logistics and Distribution
•Keep track and optimize stock levels, delivery times and transportation costs

Desired profile

You are
Fluent in English and in French
Familiar with MS Office including advanced level in MS Excel and have prior experience withaccounting/ERP software (advantage)
High attention to details
Organised and methodical

Accurate and analytical
Adaptable/Flexible approach to work
Fast learner
Autonomous

You have
•Ideally an experience in logistics and distribution (advantage)
•Excellent math skills
•Strong IT skills
•Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules
