Logistics and Distribution Internship

6/12 months’ internship

Start date: June 2018 (beginning of July maximum)

You will...

Ensure that customers’ orders are processed in a highly professional manner
Generate sales invoices and credit notes
Maximise stock holding in quantities and value
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse, and transportation
Meet cost, productivity and timeliness targets
Optimise Just in Time deliveries
Resolve any arising problems or complaints with clients
Provide high-quality customer service
Purchase stock from wineries
Report on several KPIs about Logistics and Distribution
Keep track and optimize stock levels, delivery times and transportation costs

Desired profile

You are

- Fluent in English and in French
- Familiar with MS Office including advanced level in MS Excel and have prior experience with accounting/ERP software (advantage)
- High attention to details
- Organised and methodical
- Confident and assertive
- Accurate and analytical
- Adaptable/Flexible approach to work
- Fast learner
- Autonomous

You have

•Ideally an experience in logistics and distribution (advantage)
•Excellent math skills
•Strong IT skills
•Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules
