Job description

You will...
Ensure that customers’ orders are processed in a highly professional manner
Generate sales invoices and credit notes
Maximise stock holding in quantities and value
Strategically plan and manage logistics, warehouse and transportation
Meet cost, productivity and timeliness targets
Optimise Just in Time deliveries
Resolve any arising problems or complaints with clients
Provide high quality customer service
Purchase stock from wineries
Report on several KPIs about Logistics and Distribution
Keep track and optimize stock levels, delivery times and transportation costs

You are
Fluent in English and in French
Familiar with MS Office including advanced level in MS Excel and have prior experience with accounting/ERP software (advantage)
High attention to details

Autonomous

You have
Ideally an experience in logistics and distribution
Excellent math skills
Strong IT skills
Ability to work under pressure and to tight schedules

We are looking for a candidate from the beginning of June, ideally for a period of 8 months minimum (end date would be end of January).
