Warehouse Associate
We are looking for warehouse associates to join our team part-time. Must be able to work 5:30-11:00am Monday – Friday. Primary job duties will consist of breaking down returnable wood pallets and processing recyclable material.
Main Responsibilities:
Work as part of our warehouse processes to build construction equipment
Utilize powered industrial vehicles as required
Work as part of a team in our warehouse. Interface with team members on a regular basis and work together to solve problems
Read and follow work instructions (written in English) that pertain to your job
Work safely, following all safety rules
Inspect components to ensure that all products leave your work area with 100% quality
Maintain a clean, organized work area to support a safe working environment. Follow all 5S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, and Sustain) protocols within the facility
Generate improvement ideas and be involved in continuous improvement activities
Required knowledge, experience, education:
High school diploma or GED
Ability to:
Stand and walk constantly for the entirety of your working shift
Work in safety-sensitive positions including use of overhead cranes, machinery and powered industrial equipment
Work with approved, manufacturing chemicals such as grease, oil, etc
Reach each above shoulder with arms and hands constantly
Enter information into a computer system regularly
Read and follow work instructions written in English
Use hand tools and other controls constantly
Sit, climb, bend, balance, and crouch frequently
Lift/Pull/Push up to 40lbs
Learn and rotate through multiple jobs in the designated department
Must pass a pre-employment background check, drug screen, and physical fitness-for-duty evaluation

For this position, the base pay is set at $18.00/ hour, and where applicable, bonus eligible. The range for this role, as well as final salary offered, is determined by several factors including, but not limited to, geographic location, work-related knowledge, certifications, skills, education, and experience.
