Position Description

Introduction
Take care of the sales to order and order to delivery process, to have a smooth S&OP and logistics chain

Role Description
Streamline sales to order process
·  Attend regular meeting with sales regions, get market information
·  Consolidate program demand, challenge and discuss with commercial support to have a reasonable and good program request
·  Present in demand challenge meeting with Sweden about market situation for VTCN and persuade to get the best program
·  Daily communications with Sweden on matters related to VTCN Streamline order to delivery process
·  Secure a smooth logistics chain from order-production-vessel-customs clearance-stock-PDI-delivery to customer
·  Work closely with agents and vendors to help improve their way of working and process to better support us
·  Study different ways of saving cost in every respect
·  Monitor and think of solutions to optimize logistics chain Order & Delivery
·  Place orders for Renault in Partner system, monitor order status
·  Make changes on price, provisions ect for the orders placed upon request, as well as move and cancel orders
·  Make sure LC is issued before truck launch date
·  Contact factory for daily operation issues and unexpected slots changes
·  Make invoice instruction and send to factory for vessel booking, and record detailed information into delivery schedule for tracking Project Management & Long Term Volume Forecast
·  As project manager for TSP project, get training from HQ regarding all the systems and APP
·  Coordinate with different functions involved and organize meetings regularly based on the project timeline
·  Monitor the implementation on each period to ensure the project is going on time and on the right track
·  Be part of P2952 new project launch, responsible for sales operation and logistics and systems of the project
·  Join project meeting regularly and get updated information
·  Take care of responsible parts of the project and ensure work is done in a timely manner
·  Join meetings with VT for quarterly long term volume plan
·  Work with different functions to prepare the figures and align with all parties
·  Get approval from President and submit to VT, with explanations and summaries for market situation and forecast Lead the Team (people manager)

·  Regular communications with team members on both work and life to make sure they are well updated about the working information and their opinions and suggestions are heard and considered Education
·  University degree or appropriate academic qualification preferably within the field of logistics or international trade management Experience
·  At least 10 years working experiences with minimum 3 years management experiences in multi-national companies Main Competence Requirements
