What you will do

Renault Truck Commercials based in Avonmouth, Bristol is recruiting for  a customer service driven Parts Delivery Driver  who will provide a standard of service to customers that will promote the profitable sale of Parts and Accessories. 

Working Monday to Friday: 40 hours 08.30 to 16.30 Paying up to £12.95 pr hr

Overview of duties:

·  To maintain high levels of customer service, by responding promptly to customer queries
·  Ensure correct orders are loaded for customer delivery
·  Ensure awareness of reasoning behind any shortfalls on delivery and remedial actions proposed
·  Assist in the pick and load of customer orders for delivery
·  Deliver parts to customers within the geographical area on a timely basis..
·  Promote sales of parts at all times
·  Assist in Parts promotions.
·  Stock check and control customers stock where necessary and submit results to Accounts Department
·  Support parts department as required during holiday, sickness and training periods.

Requirements:

·  Full UK Manual Driving Licence
·  Experience of a customer service driven delivery role with excellent communication skills
·  Fit and Healthy to lift heavy parts following the manual handling guidelines
·  Computer savvy to be able to work on in house systems and outlook emails
