What you will do

Working as part of our Group Digital and IT team, you will support internal customers by maintaining our network and service infrastructure for Volvo Group Australia.

 

Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

·  Responsible for validating, verifying, preparing, and deploying Infrastructure components in the runtime environment and ensuring compliance with agreed delivery times, costs and performance targets
·  Responsible for installation and maintenance of network and server infrastructure
·  Deployment and troubleshooting of the enterprise Wi-Fi Infrastructure
·  Be the point of contact for all onsite network deliveries/operations across Australia
·  Support the software (patch) / vulnerability management in line with Volvo IT security directives
·  Work collaboratively with other teams to maintain the server infrastructure and provide onsite support to maintain high availability

·  Tertiary qualifications within Information Technology
·  Proven success in a similar role with a large commercial organisation
·  CCNA / CCNP certification
·  Strong systems experience across the Microsoft suite
·  A proactive and positive team player
