Your Opportunity

The purpose of this role is demonstrate expertise in HR System administration, governance and project management.

Your key accountabilities will include:

·  Implement service delivery improvements to improve client experience.
·  Ensure HR systems are maintained at level that achieves operational efficiency. The connection and relationships with major stakeholders are developed, supported and represented appropriately in PPC processes.
·  React quickly to system issues and ensure clients are well informed
·  Use of project management methodologies, action plans, project plans, technical and specialist expertise in PPC and the broader business to achieve the right objectives for project in terms of implementation, documentation, adoption and change management outcomes.
·  Drive continuous improvement by continually challenging, reviewing and analysing processes that PPC manage or are impacted by.
·  Investigate new uses for existing systems and push boundaries to further develop process improvement and operational efficiency.
·  Maintain high quality ad hoc reporting when needed to the business that supports reporting requirements using alternative tools outside of the Insight and Analysis accountabilities
·  Complete system testing as required for any system changes
·  Work with ITS Testing Lead to develop test plan and test scenarios and sign-off on test plan for large scale projects.
·  Testing is completed in accordance with updated business procedures.
·  Create opportunities for continual education and training on system best practice.
·  Develop training guide and quick reference guides to assist users

To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:

·  Tertiary qualification/Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline
·  Experience in HRIS systems and processes, ServiceNow (Query Management System), PageUp Recruitment, SAP HR/Payroll module, SAP Organisational Management, SAP Training & Events, Exari, SuccessFactors (Learning and Performance & Goals module)
·  Experience in process analysis, process improvements and process design.
·  Minimum of 1 to 2 years' experience as an Analyst or other relevant experience.
·  Awareness of HR best practices and market knowledge of HR technology.
·  Project management experience.
